This is primarily a field based role responsible for providing technical solutions to new and existing corporate clients within Middle East and Asia on the Picsolve capture, association and multi-channel product suite. Under the direction of the Head of Product, you will work in conjunction with the Business Development team throughout the sales life-cycle. By using your technical and commercial knowhow, you will provide technical assistance and guidance by identifying customers technical and business requirements, defining solution scope and proposing technically appropriate solutions.
You will have a range of business critical responsibilities including:
Attending meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
In depth knowledge of product suite to be able to confidently match products to requirements based on commercial value.
Own the definition of the technical solution delivered back to the client in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders.
Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities .
Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Picsolve.
To produce technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using Picsolves product suite.
Support business development team, where relevant interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirements to ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Ability to demonstrate Picsolve product suite effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
Understand regional competitive landscape & provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Lead the business insight into emerging products and services in the local market, understanding the commercial & operational applications & feedback into the global product roadmap
Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products and region-specific requirements
The successful applicant will have:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience working within a technical pre-sales position or a Product Management position.
Chinese and Mandarin speaker
Ability to prepare technically accurate and compelling solution proposals.
Ability to articulate and sell a vision.
Ability to network and build confidence with potential customers
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
The ability to multitask and assess priorities with excellent time management.
The ability to both work on your own and with others at all levels.
Excellent attention to detail
To be flexible and adaptive, can cope with priorities changing.
Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving.
Maintaining a calm and considered approach in challenging situations.
Experience of delivering lively and engaging presentations to large audiences, face to face with senior individuals and via remote tools.
