Picsolve are looking to recruit an on-site Ambassador to lead our team to provide leadership, accountability and responsibility for all aspects of the management of the LEGOLAND Windsor site.
Some of the responsibilities of this role will include;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience gained in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Commercial and financial awareness and experience - including budgetary control.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Experience in managing Client and Customer relationships.
• Has the ability to prioritise and plan workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
• Has excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with situations effectively.
• Acts as an ambassador to change.
• Well organised and handles pressure well.
