Picsolve is an international group of attraction photography providers, based in the UK. We operate within partner sites, e.g. theme parks, museums, stadia and other attractions and provide physical and digital photography to their guests.

Outside the UK – Outside of the UK, Picsolve adheres to the General Data Protection Regulations, regardless of location. We believe the GDPR to be the international gold standard for customer data protection. Picsolve adheres to any other specific, local data law relevant to global location.
We'll normally only keep your data for as long as necessary to give you the services you're using.
Do you share my data with other organisations?
We use your data to improve your experience. Our service means that we keep your data inside Picsolve unless you ask us or give us your permission to share it, for example:
In exceptional circumstances, we may share your information without your permission if we reasonably believe you might be breaking the law, for example on hate speech, and such disclosure is allowed under the relevant laws, including data protection law.
If you use our website or apps outside the UK, our advertising partners may use your data to show you information on experiences in attractions and theme parks elsewhere outside the UK
Visitors to Picsolve.com are required to register to use our digital services. Your rights under the GDPR are unaffected and you may enact them at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
We require registration to complete online redemption of digital photography purchases.
Picsolve operates a social media presence, including Facebook and Twitter. We urge that you read their individual privacy notices. Any posts made to our public presence will be viewable by anyone visiting our pages. Any private messages sent via these sites will be treated with the same respect as our other communications channels.
Picsolve does not provide a customer facing helpline, however, if you have indicated that you are willing to be contacted by telephone, Picsolve may call you. If you do supply Picsolve with a telephone number, we will only use it for the purpose for which it was supplied. Picsolve will not add your telephone number to any kind of directory. We will not pass your number to any third party without your prior and explicit consent. Picsolve does not record calls; however, details may be added to our ticketing system, Zendesk.
Our email is served through Microsoft’s Office 365 platform, which is managed by our IT service provider, 81g Blue. Picsolve maintains several Information Security and General IT polices around the use of email. Your details will never be passed to a third party, unless necessary to resolve your request. In these circumstances, we will always seek your explicit consent first. Picsolve will not add your email address to any mailing lists or subscription services, unless you explicitly ask to be added.
In the event of a complaint or request, and with your explicit consent, we may share some or all your information with the owners of the sites in which we operate. For example, where the complaint is not directly related to a Picsolve operation or we require our partners’ assistance in resolving your request.
Picsolve provides two main outlets of services, physical and digital copies of images taken at our partners’ attractions or locations.
When visiting any physical outlet of Picsolve, you may enact any of your GDPR rights by speaking to any member of Picsolve staff.
Any personal details that you provide will not be used for any purpose other than those related to using your online Picsolve account.
Picsolve utilises a trusted third party for our internal IT needs.
Picsolve utilises the cloud office productivity service, Office365. This service includes emails, and cloud storage.
You may enact your rights at any time by contacting email@example.com. We will enact your request within 30 days of receipt, except in extreme circumstances. Picsolve will endeavour to keep you informed during the entire process.
