Location: Derby

Salary: £22,000 (Annual equivalent salary)

Job Description

This role would be ideally suited for a student on their summer break, you would be responsible for logging all 1st line support of technical issues and customer enquiries, that come into our business during the busy summer season.

Resolving customer queries relating to digital media purchases received via in house database portal email, telephone or social media sites.

Manage customer queries, balancing priorities and resources to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of customer.

Work within the shared pool resource for the department of Shared Services.   Coordinate resource allocation for second and third-line support.

Our Guest Service Team operate a 7 day a week service, successful applicants will be expected to work weekends on a rota basis.
