An exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen for an experienced leader to join our five site Berlin Cluster team in the role of Cluster Manager. The role will report directly into our Retail Director, with the opportunity to shape the direction of these impressive sites and the Picsolve strategy. It will require an organised and professional individual who is comfortable with working and communicating at all levels in support of the continued growth of the Cluster.
The role responsibilities include;
Responsible for ensuring that the attractions are profitable by maximising all revenue and commercial opportunities
To lead the Picsolve team and fully engage with them to deliver an excellent customer experience
Develop and maintain excellent working standards across the attractions to ensure a Picsolve way of working.
To continually monitor and strive to maintain a high-quality product, leading the evolvement of it within the cluster and embedding new technology as it develops
Working with the client to ensure a strong relationship is maintained, providing guidance and advice whilst ensuring all needs are being appropriately met.
Act as an ambassador for Picsolve, build, develop and maintain a professional working relationship with partners in order to maintain a positive working environment.
To attend and actively participate in regular management meetings providing all required information and documentation on time in line with management requests and liaising as required with UK based central services.
To work with the business to set budgets and targets and strive to ensure these are appropriately managed and maintained.
To have overall profit and loss responsibility for the cluster including stock management, labour costs and loss prevention. Submitting the relevant financial reports.
The ideal candidate will;
Have previous experience in a photography/retail-operations.
Have previous experience in supervisory or management position which involved client relationship management.
Commercial and financial awareness including budgetary control.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
Some experience of Project Management within a retail environment.
Proven ability to prioritize and plan workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
Have excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with situations effectively.
Be a strong team player with a collaborative and engaging style.
Have experience in successfully growing retail sales.
Be able to work independently, drawing on their own resources and initiative.
Be adaptable to fast changing environments with continuous energy, drive and positivity.
Have a good understanding of retail operating principles, including product and brand.
Strong personal values and high integrity.
