Chief Executive Officer
David joined the Picsolve board in February 2016, originally joining as Chief Financial Officer and then becoming Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. David is responsible for managing global high-level partner relationships and in his current role leads various strategic initiatives at Picsolve, including the acquisition of Freeze Frame and the strategic investment in Panora.me.
David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC, before working within the media, entertainment and technology industry. This included working with the Financial Times Group and Channel 5. As CFO, David was responsible for international M & A which involved acquisitions in Asia and the sale of Channel 5. Subsequent roles have included business refinancing and integration of acquired businesses. David is also a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of Make a Wish UK and The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director (UK & EU)
As Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director for the UK & EU, Brendan is responsible for driving growth across a key region, as well as ensuring Picsolve’s digital transformation programme delivers for our business partners and visitors across the global footprint. Brendan also manages Picsolve’s partner relationships in the UK and Europe region, as well as the retail marketing operations.
Brendan has many years’ experience driving commercial growth across large consumer brands like Orange, EE and Sky. During his time in the mobile industry he gained experience across UK, EU and emerging markets in Africa. As Commercial Director, he was also a key player in the transformation of OVO Energy from a challenger retail brand into the leading energy tech company in the UK.
Chief Operating Officer & Commercial Director (US)
As Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Director for Picsolve in the US, Nicholas oversees all company activities in the region, as well as serving on the Picsolve Executive Management Team.
Nicholas joined Picsolve in June 2019. Nicholas is a seasoned executive, well versed in business transformation and operational excellence, with results spanning several industries including Digital Entertainment and Energy. Prior to Picsolve, Nicholas has held several executive roles at Comcast, Hertz, Duke Energy, and GE (General Electric Company).
Nicholas has led large multicultural/global services teams within the industry, as well as being a decorated military Non-Commissioned Officer. Nicholas also holds a doctorate in Management.
Managing Director (Asia & Middle East)
As Managing Director (Asia & Middle East) based in Hong Kong - SAR China, Robert is responsible for all strategic, operational and commercial activity across Asia and the Middle East including developing Picsolve’s Asia portfolio, building key partnerships and leading Picsolve into new market sectors. Robert was previously responsible for both global operations and strategic transformation activities. In these roles Robert has been instrumental in developing Picsolve’s operational capability, building best practice and leading large-scale change projects across all regions.
Prior to joining Picsolve in 2013, Robert spent 14 years in high street retail, including leadership roles in Clarks International heading up its retail strategy and change function where he was responsible for developing the retail experience of the future.
Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer Kath has overall responsibility for all aspects of HR at Picsolve. Kath will lead the Global HR strategy, Global HR teams and will work with local leaders to develop talent across the Group. Picsolve has an incredible proposition for its people, helping to capture moments of fun for its customers around the world. Kath will be continuing the work establishing Picsolve as a “Great Place to Work” ensuring that every colleague has a great experience living and being part of the strong values of the organisation.
Kath joined Picsolve in June 2019 as an experienced HR director, having worked in digital and financial services industries. She has worked across a number of major corporates including Comparethemarket.com, TDX group, Experian and Capital One. She has a strong background in HR strategy, Coaching and Organisational Design. Kath began her career as qualified chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and held a number of finance roles before transitioning to HR leadership .
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Warwick drives the strategy, delivery and operation of the next generation of Picsolve’s digital platform, modernising the technology assets to support the global growth and digital transformation objectives of the company.
Warwick joined Picsolve in June 2019 as an experienced technology and product professional, having worked across a number of global corporates such as General Electric, GMAC and Barclays. He has a strong background in project and product management, data and business intelligence. Throughout his career he has built successful teams to deploy and operate global customer-facing solutions, using a mix of internal expertise augmented with supplier partnerships. Lately, Warwick established the Product and Technology department supporting the ‘RoomIt’ hotel business for the corporate travel company, CWT.
Global Transformation Director
As Global Transformation Director, Rebecca will lead the digital transformation of Picsolve’s global estate. This will include managing the deployment of our Digital Platform as well as associated products. This will include kiosks and video products that have been delivered via Picsolve Lab. Rebecca will also lead discussions with our partners as we look to integrate and improve the guest journey and optimise the way in which guests can interact with innovative content and entertainment.
Prior to joining Picsolve in 2016, Rebecca worked for 15 years at leading global shoe retailer, Clarks International, starting out honing her craft in delighting consumers in retail stores and culminating in a strategy role; Head of Channels Transformation. As a cross-functional change leader, Rebecca delivered large-scale transformation programmes in Asia, America and Europe.
