David Hockley

Chief Executive Officer

David joined the Picsolve board in February 2016, originally joining as Chief Financial Officer and then becoming Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. David is responsible for managing global high-level partner relationships and in his current role leads various strategic initiatives at Picsolve, including the acquisition of Freeze Frame and the strategic investment in Panora.me. 

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC, before working within the media, entertainment and technology industry. This included working with the Financial Times Group and Channel 5. As CFO, David was responsible for international M & A which involved acquisitions in Asia and the sale of Channel 5. Subsequent roles have included business refinancing and integration of acquired businesses. David is also a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of Make a Wish UK and The National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.

Brendan Hegarty

Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director (UK & EU)

As Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director for the UK & EU, Brendan is responsible for driving growth across a key region, as well as ensuring Picsolve’s digital transformation programme delivers for our business partners and visitors across the global footprint. Brendan also manages Picsolve’s partner relationships in the UK and Europe region, as well as the retail marketing operations.

Brendan has many years’ experience driving commercial growth across large consumer brands like Orange, EE and Sky. During his time in the mobile industry he gained experience across UK, EU and emerging markets in Africa. As Commercial Director, he was also a key player in the transformation of OVO Energy from a challenger retail brand into the leading energy tech company in the UK.

John Barbieri

Chief Operating Officer (US)

As Chief Operating Officer for Picsolve in the US, John oversees all company activities in the region, as well as serving on the Picsolve Executive Management Team. John has played a major role in several acquisitions during his career, including transitioning Freeze Frame’s business into Picsolve.

For over 15 years John was the Director of Business Development and Operations at Freeze Frame, in charge of daily operations, securing new contracts, driving the future position of the company through operational and technology advancements and ensuring that technology changes match operational goals. With 16+ years in the industry, John is considered an expert in the US having worked with a wide variety of partners, from theme parks to presidential libraries and in nearly every department from technology to procurement.

Robert Cowell

Managing Director (Asia & Middle East)

As Managing Director (Asia & Middle East) based in Hong Kong, Robert is responsible for all strategic, operational and commercial activity across Asia and the Middle East including developing Picsolve’s Asia portfolio, building key partnerships and leading Picsolve into new market sectors. Robert was previously responsible for both global operations and strategic transformation activities. In these roles Robert has been instrumental in developing Picsolve’s operational capability, building best practice and leading large-scale change projects across all regions. 

Prior to joining Picsolve in 2013, Robert spent 14 years in high street retail, including leadership roles in Clarks International heading up its retail strategy and change function where he was responsible for developing the retail experience of the future.

Oliver Archer

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Oliver has overall responsibility for all group financial planning and reporting and leads the central finance and procurement teams. He also works closely with the regional teams to drive Picsolve’s continued global growth, as well as manage risk. 

Oliver joined the Picsolve Management Team in May 2019 with a wealth of experience and expertise in both the technology and worldwide destinations marketplace. Oliver joined Picsolve from Omnico Group where, as CFO, he helped transform the business to a cloud-based technology company, working across the retail, hospitality and destinations sectors. Prior to his time at Omnico, Oliver drove operational improvements at Anite, Torex and MICROS that resulted in all three of these businesses dramatically improving their profitability. He began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Paul Kennedy

Chief People Officer

Paul’s role as Chief People Officer covers all aspects of HR and people development at Picsolve. His team are leading the way in establishing Picsolve as a recognised ‘Great Place to Work’ thereby developing talent acquisition across the globe.

Paul joined Picsolve in 2015 following roles as HR Director at various big brands including Caffe Nero, New Balance, Ebookers and Rosenbluth International (American Express). Paul’s experience spans the global travel and leisure retail sector. In previous roles he was responsible for establishing European operations, leading teams on multiple acquisitions and joint venture creations at Rosenbluth International, as well as playing a key role in the sale of Ebookers to Cendant Corporation. Paul also has previous experience leading and setting up service centres with both New Balance and Ebookers.

Rebecca Tinker

Corporate Development Director

As Corporate Development Director, Rebecca leads numerous strategic initiatives including developing and executing commercial partnerships, leading Picsolve’s business and sector diversification strategy and being responsible for our strategic partners such as Panora.me. During her career at Picsolve, Rebecca has also played a pivotal role in building and delivering digital and retail transformation plans, new openings and building programme capability to ensure Picsolve is set up to execute its strategy.

Prior to joining Picsolve in 2016, Rebecca worked for 15 years at leading global shoe retailer, Clarks International, starting out honing her craft in delighting consumers in retail stores and culminating in a strategy role; Head of Channels Transformation. As a cross-functional change leader, Rebecca delivered large-scale transformation programmes in Asia, America and Europe.
