An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our Retail Operations Team based within the iconic London Eye.
This role will be vast and varied and requiring an organised and professional individual who can easily build rapport with all levels whilst providing support to the continued growth of the organisation.
The role responsibilities include:
To work with the Retail Manager to lead the Picsolve team and fully engage them to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the key customers to continually improve the confidence in Picsolve.
To continually monitor and strive to maintain a high-quality product, leading the evolvement of it within the cluster and embedding new technology as it develops
Act as an ambassador for Picsolve, build, develop and maintain a professional working relationship with partners in order to maintain a positive working environment.
To attend and actively participate in regular management meetings providing all required information and documentation on time in line with management requests.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a supervisory position which involved client relationship management.
Commercial and financial awareness including budgetary control.
Experience in managing and leading a team.
Proven ability to prioritise and plan workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
Be a strong team player with a collaborative and engaging style.
Be able to work independently, drawing on their own resources and initiative.
Be adaptable to fast changing environments with continuous energy, drive and positivity.
Have a good understanding of retail operating principles, including product and brand.
